Review of the Viral Feta Pasta

If you are on Instagram or TikTok, I am sure you have seen this recipe. I have seen it everywhere and decided I needed to try it out myself. If you like cheese, I am sure you will LOVE this dish! Below find some pictures of my dish and then my review!

WOW! I cannot say enough good things about this pasta dish. I am not the biggest feta lover and I could not stop eating this. The creaminess of the feta combined with the roasted garlic, is nothing but spectacular. Since we put ours in the broiler to get a nice crunch on the top, the contrast between the creaminess and the breadcrumbs were perfect (highly recommend this step). The tomatoes are the real star of this dish. The perfectly roasted tomatoes provide a great addition of flavor and texture. If I could live on just this pasta dish, I would. The hype is real on this dish! You HAVE to try it out.
